How to Make Easy Money With Google Adsense

Some people think that making money with Google Adsense is hard; but in fact, it is quite the opposite. Setting up Google ads on your site is simple, and you can earn from it rather quickly.

First of all, Google Adsense is a program that welcomes any webmaster or blogger to sign up for free, and display Google ads on their site or blog.

Marketers and companies are paying Google every time someone clicks on their ad, whether it be from Google itself, or from a participating website or blog.

This is called "Pay Per Click Advertising" and it is one of the most popular forms of advertising nowadays. It is more important to have a Google or Yahoo listing these days than it is to be in the Yellow Pages. This is because the internet is more accessible and convenient for more people searching to satisfy their needs.

Companies or webmasters pay to show up (in the Google search engine) for certain keywords or keyword phrases such as "lose weight" or "make money." They have to place a maximum bid, which is the maximum amount of money they are willing to pay for one click.

When someone does a Google search for a keyword, their ad spot shows up if they bid on that keyword. If the surfer or visitor clicks on their ad, the company or webmaster must then pay Google for the click.

Companies are bidding against each other for top listings. For popular niches, each click can be costly. That is why it is so lucrative to make money with Google adsense.

When you venture out to make money with Google Adsense, you must keep in mind that there is no adult-related materials allowed (such as pornography or racist) or offensive materials of any kind. There may be a few other restrictions regarding online gambling and other related activities.

But for the most part, it is very easy to make money with Google Adsense. Many people earn a full time income from it alone. More and more bloggers are becoming famous - and rich - due to the money they make from Google ads placed on their blogs.

In order to make money with Google Adsense, you must have a website or a blog. The difference between the two is trivial. They are both 'websites' - Your own website costs a small amount of money for the domain name and hosting. Your blog can be free, or it can cost you a little money too if you're going to get a domain and host for it. Let me explain...

A blog will give you your own domain name, but it will have the blog company's name in the URL as well. For instance, if it's a free blog from Blogger.com, it would be something like: YourBlogName.blogspot.com. Of course, you would replace 'YourBlogName' with whatever you want your blog’s web address to be.

If you are in the weight loss niche, your blog URL might be something like, "LoseWeightFast.Blogspot.com." If you want your own personal and brandable domain name (YourDomainName.com or YourDomainName.com/blog), it only costs about $8-$10 for a .COM domain name and around that same amount for a hosting account.

My suggestion is to upload your blog to your own host and give it a domain name representing your company or profile. It only costs a little more per month, but it’ll give your blog a more professional image; hence, building your reputation.

Once you sign up for a free account with Google Adsense, you can start displaying ads on your site within minutes. You don't need to have a super popular site with millions of viewers in order for Google to do business with you, like what some people might think.

Anybody with a website or blog can sign up for a free Google Adsense account. They give you the HTML code for you to copy and paste in your website, so that ads related to your content will automatically show up on your site/blog wherever you want them to be displayed.

As far as monetizing your site with Google adsense, it doesn't matter whether you are using a free blog or a paid one (with domain name and hosting). As long as you can drive traffic to the site, you are in good shape.

That is the name of the game by the way - driving web traffic to your site/blog. Once you have a website or blog up in the niche that you want to market to, and have added some useful content to it, you can then place some Google Adsense ads on your site and earn a decent income by driving traffic to it.

You may use Pay-Per-Click Advertising for your own sites, online classified ad sites, article marketing, press releases, video marketing, social network marketing, and other methods to generate traffic. By the way, search engines love blogs; so as long as you post beneficial and keyword-optimized content on your blog, the search engines will find it.

To recap, here are the steps:

Create a website or start a blog, sign up for a free account with Google Adsense, and place the ad code on your site. Then, advertise your website or blog using various techniques of getting traffic and exposure.

These are just the basics for learning how to make money with Google Adsense. I hope you have a much better idea of how it works and what you need to do to get started.

You can make money with Google Adsense in a multitude of ways, and it costs little to nothing to get started. You can start earning money within hours of launching your site or blog, so just do it!

How to Make Money Online - A Guide For Beginners - Part 3 - Using Pay Per Click (PPC)

Using pay per click advertising is a vital tool for anyone looking to make money online. In this article, I discuss the key areas required for effective PPC advertising. Google AdWords is the most popular PPC scheme and there are a number of factors that determine the success or failure of any AdWords campaign.

Before beginning a campaign you must have clearly defined goals for example are you trying to send customers to a review page of an affiliate product your advertisment will not be aimed at selling the product but designed to encourage click throughs to the review page.

The aim of PPC is to drive targeted traffic to a specific page where a pre-sell via a review or a direct sell is made, a % of which you receive as commission. The amount of people who see your advert is dependant on the popularity of the keywords you choose. More popular keywords attract more competitors and push the adverting price up, however may provide greater opportunity for making money online.

To make money online the most important aspects of a Google AdWords campaign include:

  • Keyword selection. In general terms the more targeted the keyword, the better. You'll get less click throughs but they will be from people who are genuinely interested in your product or service.
  • Advertisement. The headline is the most important aspect. Make sure that it relates to the keywords you have chosen to bid on - this will help keep the advertising cost lower.
  • Display URL. The more relevant this appears to be to the keywords you're bidding on, the greater chances of a click. For example if you are selling DVD copy software the name of the software should be used.
  • Landing page URL. This needs to be specific to your keywords and advertisement. If you're bidding on Madonna then you shouldn't be sending people to a page about trainspotting. If it's not relevant Google will penalise you by charging a lot more per click.
  • Budget. How much are you willing to pay per click? Estimate how many visitors it will take for a single conversion (sale) start of around 1% and work out from your commission how much you can afford to pay and still make money.

For example: If your commission is $30 per sale at conversion rate of 1% that means that every 100 clicks = 1 sale.

Therefore $30/100 or $30 x (1/100) = $0.30 pay per click is break even so a figure less than this for advertising is required to make a profit.

  • Daily Budget. The amount of money you are willing to spend in a 24 hour period. Keep in mind that if you're making money, it's okay to spend money.

These are just some of the basics associated with creating a successful AdWords campaign. The truth of the matter is that being able to consistently make money online with Google AdWords takes knowledge and experience. The more you work with pay per click advertising, the better results you'll have.

Make Money Online With a Blog in Just Two Days

Want to make money online with your blog in just two days? It's much easier to do than you think. The simple process I've outlined for you works; once you learn it, you can create as many money-making blogs as you please.

1. Find a Blog Topic

Everything starts with choosing your blog's topic, or its "niche". Don't spend too much time over this. If you're a new blogger, you can waste a lot of time trying to find untapped niches with little or no competition. Unfortunately, not only is this a waste of time, it may also doom your blog -- tiny niches result in tiny traffic.

Choose a niche you know something about, even if it's highly competitive. Niches are competitive because there's LOTS of traffic, and you can share in that in order to make money quickly.

2. Set up Your Blog

Use whichever blogging platform you're comfortable with. As with choosing a niche, don't spend too much time. Get it done -- you can and will change it later.

3. Write Content

When your traffic arrives, visitors want to be rewarded. Create at least five posts, preferably ten. Make these the best posts you're capable of.

4. Find Advertisers

You can and will change the way you monetize your blog many times. Choose a method: whether advertising, selling affiliate products, or selling your own product.

5. Write a Free Report

With this fast traffic method you're paying for visitors, so you want to get as much of a return on your investment as you can. Therefore, you need a method of capturing email addresses before they arrive. Write a short report, and create a squeeze page -- use some of the information you used in your initial posts.

Now, when you advertise, your visitors will firstly be asked for their information so they receive the report, then they'll be sent to your blog.

6. Advertise Your Blog

The final step is to advertise your blog. Pay Per Click (PPC) will have traffic flowing to your blog within minutes. However, there are many other ways to advertise, including buying reviews, buying space on popular blogs, and paying for a solo mailing to someone's mailing list.

You will see your first income with this blog within two days. Congratulations -- now go and do it again.

How to Make Money Online - A Guide For Beginners Part 2 - Affiliate Schemes

In the last part I covered how to generate income through writing blogs and creating your own website. In this article I will be discussing affiliate marketing and how this can be used to make money online.

Affiliate Marketing is when you promote other people's products (or services) for a percentage of the sale. As an affiliate marketer, you usually do not require any special training and best of all do not need start up capital.

A great advantage of affiliate marketing is that you do not have to be concerned with developing products and creating ideas, which allows you to concentrate on marketing the product/service.

The aim of affiliate marketing is to drive traffic i.e people surfing the web to the product owner's (affiliate) product page, allowing them to convert the prospective client into a buyer. The more targeted your traffic is to the affiliate site, the higher your conversion rate and the more commission you receive. Incidentally conversion rate is simply the number of people who purchase a product divided by the number who click through to the affiliate product page.

There are multiple things you can promote as an affiliate. For example you can go to sites like ClickBank or PayDotCom and create an account to promote an endless supply of information products.

The biggest paychecks are delivered to affiliates in the following affiliate markets:

· Poker
· Mortgage
· Education

In the poker niche for example some poker sites pay you $300 for each player you recruit.

Five vital steps to get targeted traffic to your affiliate sites include:

1. Search engine optimisation

This may probably be one of the most important methods of getting quality traffic. It is the most popular way to drive free and targeted traffic to websites. In order to get a good ranking in search engines, it is very important to build quality back links. The choice of keywords is also essential. The site will be easily found once it gets to the top of the search engine results.

2. Link exchange

You can contact webmasters of other websites and propose a link exchange.

3. Article marketing

Writing article is an excellent way of driving traffic. Providing a good content ensures that you attract visitors. Out of interest, the readers will be inclined to visit your site when they read your articles.

4. List building

List building is another way to drive more traffic. In fact, the subscription list is also a very good tool to pre-sell the affiliate products. It is one of the most valuable assets of an affiliate marketer.

5. Know your market

This is the most important area you need to learn in order to drive targeted traffic. The traffic will just be wasted if it is not targeted. As a result, you need to understand your market. You have to create your website so that it is related to your market and this will be the best way to attract customers.

In the next part of the series I will be discussing in more detail ways to generate and direct traffic, which is critical for making money online.

How to Make Money Online - A Guide For Beginners - Part 1 - Setting Up a Blog Or Website

The thought of making money online is appealing to many, mainly because of the benefits it offers. Two key incentives are motivational factors here: The money making potential of the internet as well as the personal freedom that comes with working without a fixed schedule or under a less than supportive boss. Indeed, why make £6 an hour working in retail a counter when you can easily earn the same amount by spending 10 minutes to write an article on your blog? Even if you're not looking to work full-time at home, the internet offers a viable source of money which can help to supplement your regular income.

Different Ways to Make Money Online

A basic Google search will expose many ways to make money online and most of the websites listed in the search results pages all seem to focus on similar methods of making money. Over the next few articles I will list and discuss profitable strategies to make money via the internet. As time progresses more methods and examples of how to make money online will be added to this list, which can be considered as a work in progress.

1. Set up a Website or Blog for Profit

One of the easiest ways to make money online is to create a website or blog which allows you to earn money from the display of advertisements such as Google AdSense or via the sale of products and services.

There are many various types of money making blogs, which will assist you to make money and you'll need to pick a system that suits your interests, schedule and skill levels. A simple no frills blog will allow you to easily pull in at least several hundred dollars in a month through the use of paid blogging websites alone.

I am now going to cover in more detail how to successfully set up a profitable blog in four key steps.

Step one

Select a topic for your blog. I would advise you to choose something you are passionate about because you'll be able to discuss it at length and not get bored of it. Also make sure that your topic is interesting to other people too. Use your keyword tool of choice such as Google's external keyword and input your site's topic to see the monthly search volume. If it is fewer than 10,000 searches per month, you might want to reconsider the topic. There is also an option to show advertiser competition. If it is high, there is money to be made, a very good sign.

Step two

Set up your blog. Blogger.com is great for beginners I would highly recommend. Once the blog is set up choose an effective theme for your topic.

Step three

Populate your blog with content. If you selected a topic that reflects your passion, this will be easy. If you selected a topic that will make you money and you don't know much about your subject, search article directories such as Ezine and Goarticles for articles covering your topic. Most will allow you to republish their content as long as you keep the original author's links intact. Ensure that the blog is informative and concise. People generally want to digest 250-500 words at a time.

Step four

Arrange for adverts to be displayed on your blog, Google AdSense is a great way to make money, you receive a payment every time a person clicks on one of these adverts, which are displayed on your blog. The more traffic you drive to your blog the more people that click through onto the Google adverts.

Please keep an eye open for the next part of this series, which will be covering Affiliate Marketing one of the most profitable Internet strategies.
